Grounding & Balance

Feeling grounded is being in a balanced, centered state with a strong connection to your mind, body, soul and purpose.

Signs you are not grounded:

  • Feeling lost or disconnected from the world or people
  • Difficulty finishing projects or tasks
  • Lack of pleasure or enjoyment in things you usually enjoy
  • Feeling a strong need to "fix" things in your life
  • Going into robot-mode - feeling numb
  • Lacking motivation, feeling foggy, lethargic and uninspired
