Feeling grounded is being in a balanced, centered state with a strong connection to your mind, body, soul and purpose.
Signs you are not grounded:
- Feeling lost or disconnected from the world or people
- Difficulty finishing projects or tasks
- Lack of pleasure or enjoyment in things you usually enjoy
- Feeling a strong need to "fix" things in your life
- Going into robot-mode - feeling numb
- Lacking motivation, feeling foggy, lethargic and uninspired
