The sacred smoke clears the air around you and your own energetic field from negative emotions, thoughts or stagnant energy. It can also be used to cleanse crystals. 

Directions: Use a candle, match or lighter to light the stick. Allow it to burn for around 30 seconds and then blow out. Walk around your space with the palo santo allowing the smoke to waft over the area. You can also move the smoke up and down your body to cleanse your aura and energetic field. Use the smoke to cleanse your crystals./
