Our estimated processing + shipping time takes approximately 4-5 business days. Orders will be processed and shipped out within 48 business hours of receiving your order. 

Once your package has been sent out you will receive and email or text with a tracking number. Please note once parcels are dispatched we are no longer responsible for any transit issues that may arise. Please contact SF Express or the relevant courier handler directly. 

LOCAL ORDERS (HONG KONG)

• Orders above 300 HKD will have FREE shipping
• Orders under 300 HKD will have a 30 HKD shipping fee added at checkout
  
• Shipping is via SF Express Tracked Parcels. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

• Orders over 300 USD will have FREE shipping.
• Orders below 300 USD - a shipping fee will be calculated and added at checkout. 
• Shipping takes approximately 12-14 business days. 
  

Shipping cost depends on the final weight of the package. We work with trusted shipping suppliers such as SF Express or DHL and will help find the best shipping rate for you at the time.

• We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards.
  
• We also accept offline payments via cheque & direct bank deposit in Hong Kong. Please get in touch with us via Messenger or Email if needed.

We do our best to be as eco-friendly as possible in all of our operations. We are committed to using sustainable packaging and wherever possible our packaging is made from recycled material or is biodegradable.

Our bubble wrap is made of plant starch, which is biodegradable. They are phthalate free, no bisphenol A, non-toxic and harmless for environment, fully biodegraded in 90-180 days and only produce water & CO2 as outcome.

We are not responsible for any additional international taxes or customs fees placed on orders. 

International taxes might be applied depending on your country's taxes policy.
