A HK$100 HOLDING DEPOSIT is required to book crystal healing and sound therapy sessions with me. This allows me to reserve the space at one of our partner studios and ensure your preferred time.

The deposit will be refunded to you in full after your successful session completion, provided you arrive as booked/scheduled.

I'm pleased to accommodate any changes made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. For cancellations within 24 hours, a HK$100 fee will apply. This fee allows me to honor my commitment to maintaining studio availability while avoiding last minute disruptions for other clients. However, I completely understand that emergencies can arise unexpectedly. In such cases, please don't hesitate to reach out so we can find a solution that works for both of us. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
